Hi all - I'm curious if anyone in Greensboro, NC or in any other major NC cities (Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Greenville, Wilmington, Asheville, Charlotte) has done a rent by the room model?

My wife cleans the rooms and keeps the modest cleaning fees for splurge money.I personally don't see us ever having a property dedicated solely to STR as that's just not our model.

You can't run 2 rentals like you would 20 rentals and 20 rentals like you would 100 rentals and expect the same business model to apply in your case.
