corporation loan/ Refinance
I owe a property under a C corporation. I am listed as president of the corporation and able to make decisions on the property. The property is Free and clear
I need to do a cash out refinance but the lender says I have to put the property on my name in order to start the process.
Due to personal reasons, I can not do this. The lender said They can not fund a business.
What other options do I have?
