I have done extensive research and countless hours of book studying but I need hands on experience.           

It's pretty insulting to those in the business who did study to watch these guru children think they can just walk in and start operating with some freaking strategy.

I am looking for someone who wants to assist a newbie in doing this right...I need a mentor.
