My stay at the current place is nearing its end and I'm unsure if it's smarter to buy another primary residence and house hack or just buy another rental with the cash I have saved up and find something else to rent. 

They do this all the time and they can guide you through the process of how they do their fundings.

What is crazy though, is I am able to keep 85% occupancy through the year and most guests stay 2-3 months so only 5-7 turnovers a year.
