Thanks again  check with the local COOPS, banco popular, 1st bank, etc... you should be able to google banks in the local area. the hard part is getting them to answer the phone. if you have to show up to talk to someone, be prepared to wait in line or spend a day there. 

Once tenants loose that buffer in their bank account to pay on the 1st of each month, they are going to struggle to keep up.

We custom build homes for customers up to 900sq ft.

I am looking to connect and pair up with investors who are interested in rebuilding a Oil booming town in west texas.

Does being built up so high add more value to a raised home Vs. a home on a slab foundation? 

The trouble I am having is there is no comps to look at in the immediate area, so I just took some comps that were miles away up further north, and subtracted a little bit since the area was located near more desirable restaurants and shopping.
