Tiny Home Financing

Looking for companies that would finance tiny homes. We custom build homes for customers up to 900sq ft. They are framed and delivered to most any state. These are not on trailers. They are actually blocked and leveled upon delivery. I’m running into problems with lenders because they’re not mobile homes, they’re not modular. They are built at our location and delivered and become permanent property. The borrowers are willing to put up the property along with the home as collateral. If anyone knows of an investment fund or a lender that would finance these, we can sell them all day. Even a rent to own type set up, again with the customers property as collateral as well.
