We can use a reasonable educated guess to assume that the music stops and prices should be dropping or the market should shift back from a sellers to a buyers market in 4-5 years or so in many markets.

The ones we have used the most are Schlage models which do not power the deadbolt as they have longer battery life and their are less alignment issues as buildings and doors shift with the seasons.
