    Steve Rozenberg well we are small time but we only do automatic deposit for our 2 rentals. I have heard of Cozy app which I need to find out more info on and switch to that.

    I also mostly like to text everything instead of talking so I have a record.

    I would like to find a software which sends tenants an email when a friendly reminder that rent is due and if late the new total everyday until paid. They would be able to just click on that email and send funds.
