I'd have no "skin in the game" besides the contract is new the full amt etc. do lenders work it people like this or is it like traditional loans where u must have a certain percentage to put down?

Don't get excited there is only 1 that I saw and it is a duplex in Lawrence.Though it did look to be in decent shape and have 4/1 units for a list of like $209K.If your skin is thick enough you can probably get like $1300 in rent for the other unit.

If the wholesaler isn't going to put skin in the game for the seller then the seller shouldn't give an exclusive for their property to a wholesaler trying to assign and make a fee.
