Hello. I've been reading these forums for a few days now and have realized that the best way to get started in investing is to surround myself with people that already know a lot about it. I hold a real estate license but I have no experience, no money, and no credit and would appreciate some advice on what part of investing I should focus on. I've heard that wholesaling and assignments are the best way to get started for someone in my situation but am not very familiar with the mechanics of it. I'm here to ask the most stupidest and embarassing questions I can in hopes that I can learn the most from each and every one of you. Thanks in advance! :D
