I am a little nervous about selling the condo and then looking for another piece of property to do the exchange with because I live in a rural area and there are not an abundance of properties to pick from. 

I've jumped into the mix and am swimming after my piece of the pie. 

I do a 5000 piece mailer for my credit card processing business.

This piece of property was prime for a creative finance deal. 

My thoughts are I'm going to go get this piece of paper and then I'm going to go knock on the guys door.

i recognize that i am only one of many clients and i am as flexible as i can be without compromising progress on my project.second, when i need a specific piece of my project completed because it is critical to progress, i give the relevant contractor as much notice as i can of the exact timing i need.  

All the while putting together the pieces.

He also lied about the timeline and function of my heating systems in December/January which meant I had to find another place to live for two months.My biggest piece of advice is to network in your chosen area and get solid references well a head of time.  

My plan is to roll the purchase of new windows into my loan, so, 20ish windows, at 150 a piece is about an extra 3k right off the bat.

That's one more piece of cheap liability insurance as far as I'm concerned.
