I would also highly suggest that you use MySmartMove.com - you can get to it by clicking on "Resources" in the tool bar above and selecting "Tenant Screening."

I would imagine value will widely range depending on the lot selected.  

With carefully selected properties by a local partner and properly rehabbed, the risk is minimized significantly.

Oh wow I was definitely expecting much worse than broken blinds, burnt bulbs and nail holes....Signing a lease sight unseen isn't the best thing to do in the first place but definitely not good if you're that selective about (what I would consider) small things.

I could also offer info on things to look for when selecting a web design firm if you decide to go that route.
