Hello everyone,     I wanted to explain my situation here on the forum to see what advice I could get on options of where to park my extra cash.

I own 4 acres right across from the Graton Casino and am working with Rohnert park on a mixed used resi commercial plan.. they need housing. but as you know in that area its just SO expensive to get the dirt ready for vertical and the building permits and systems development fee's are off the charts.Even here in Portlandia.. 

I am fairly new to real estate, however I have an opportunity to purchase a mobile home park.  

The one I've been analyzing is in between three universities and right down the road from the arsenal and the research park here in Huntsville.I got a chance to talk one on one with the owner who lived there after I walked through the property and took pictures.

Mostly in Little Village, Gage Park, Back of the Yards, and North Lawndale.What kind of projects are you considering?
