Including minors in the lease?

How should I go about including minors in the lease. This is a trailer park. I realized I have to do something or else the tenant could have children "squatting" there that aren't even in their custody. Should I just add a clause that says the number of children, or should I actually get the children's name and age and add them to the lease?

One step further, should I ever actually ask for proof that those kids are in their legal custody? If so, what form of proof?
