Hello,I am a beginner investor trying to purchase my first property.

The biggest takeaway is learning the process and what steps you need to take to complete the purchase. 

It was a battle getting them to agree to the Purchase price so I highly doubt they will budge lower, especially with closing scheduled soon. 

I am looking at some  properties to purchase and was wondering if the amount of depreciation claimed changes if I bought the property in say the 3rd quarter of the year versus the 1st.  

I have gone through ALDOR to purchase and I’ve also purchased through a broker, but I was looking to see if there were websites that also listed them that I could take a look at?
