The PM either did or did not make a good pricing decision and the balance between the inevitable loss of business higher profit will tell him which it is and market prices will adjust accordingly.However, taking to a public forum and attacking the character, integrity and honesty of a business owner solely because you don't like their prices is childish and counterproductive.

Personally, I have had success locating public MLS websites ( a delayed version of the licensed MLS portals) for specific locales.

This is an appraisal using the public records and MLS data.

Might I also suggest that you develop a relationship with a local public adjuster. 

If he is out, then I am sure there is a public notice provision through the paper.  

You'd be surprised at the amount of information that is available to the public without resorting to paying someone to do it for you.
