If you could start again in TX & have G.I Bill backing, would you

Would you pursued a B.S in Business Administration(B.S.B.A) with concentration in Real Estate Investment Management while at the same time working part-times as a Real Estate agent or would you pursue a different major? Would pursuing a B.S.B.A be a wise decision? How would you use the G.I Bill?

you would be fortunate to have the backing of the G.I Bill, which means that you would receive housing allowance ( about $1600 each month) and in-state tuition payment(e.i. you don't need to worry about paying for college)

My end goal is to become a real estate investor and not a real estate agent. I will earn the Real Estate license in order to earn extra capital and at the same time learn to read the housing market.
