Hello BP I was wondering if anyone here has any experience or know of someone wholesaling in Los Angeles.

Preferably someone with experience in farm properties.

I am hoping to meet like minded individuals who can share their experience getting started, what their biggest hurdles were and how to over come them, and general advice/guidance.I am in the Los Angeles area but open to learning about other markets!

This will lead to higher turn over and your vacancy will be higher.These are just my experiences and strategy so far. 

From my perspective, based on my experience and research, here's what I think.

Park model homes tend to be a lot less expensive than mobile homes in my experience, prob due to set up costs.

What has been your experience so far working with a company?

The agent walks with their commission and can stick you with a bad tenant. 3) Hire a PMCYou don't have to hire them to do everything, as many will just do Placements.But, they will have much more experience than most agents you can find AND anyone here on BP willing to help you illegally.

If you can house hack, like @Nicholas L. said, that is ideal because you will need the least amount down to do it and can get the enjoyment and landlord experience out of it.

(for those who can afford)- Thru my experience calling for 5-6 hours a day can be very exhausting and stressful.
