*** Appraisers in sussex county, NJ *** 50 acre farm house
Hey BP folks,
Any good recs for an appraisers in northern New Jersey, specifically Sussex county NJ? Preferably someone with experience in farm properties. Prop is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, about 50 acres, has a pheasant run, livestock enclosure, and large in ground pool among other things. The home is currently being rented. I got a quote for $950. Is that reasonable given the nature of the prop? Seems a bit high.
We are considering either refinancing or selling and want to get a sense of the value before we take next steps.
Thanks for the help!
