Luckily, various trade organizations including local Realtors, are in favor of sensible laws that protect both the tenants and the providers of the housing stock.

There are many powerful ppl, organizations, corporations, and 'political doners' that will be greatly effected by this change.My guess is that - as a 'straight-up Bill - it will be buried by one power broker or another.
