I currently PM a few apartment complexes where I turn about 30-50 units each month and I'm using Microsoft office products.

Just wanting to learn from you all about investing, possibly might have some ideas for rentals if i can learn more in a nearby city. 

Someone can make an innocent comment and it takes pages to point out why something is not a good idea! 

If the tenant doesn't vacate, the idea would be that funds would then be released to the buyer for the costs of a UD or even C4K.

Hello Everyone,A strange convergence of events in the last 48 hours has led to the real possibility of purchasing a solid B class office building in my town.  

I am trying to partner up with somebody else to do me the legwork would be needed in the future fix and flip transactions i probably will do out of the state when i am absent , including which is the most important thing is to watch the rehab process and contractors progress anybody has an idea how to setup that king of relation and contracting ?

If not, do you have any other ideas as to how I might accomplish this?

Does anyone have ideas on how to do this?

Check with the local code enforcement office regarding the property.
