Project Manager offering end-to-end rehab?

I'm a newish I investor in Fort Worth, TX area looking for a project manager that offers and end-to-end renovation service. Does this type of service exist? I just spent an entire day working with individual contractors and picking up supplies, and this is getting harder to do with increasing job responsibilities and planning for a baby next year. Ideally I'd like to walk the property with a project manager and discuss what I want done. I'd come back in a week or two, the rehab would be done and I'd write a check, and I can market the property for rent (not flip). All suggestions and tips welcome, love this community!

At 7-11, you pay up for convenience. Same in many, many aspects of life. There are definitely General Contractors who will do it for you, but remember if you are not using your time on the project, someone else will be dedicating their time and you will pay for that convenience. Remember, labor costs are often equal to, or more than, material costs in a rehab. It is a trade-off.
