LIke how to get rich in foreclosures right now would be pretty tough to do since they are non existent.. or in a uber hot market like now.. owner financing or the super duper lease option niche these all work in heavy distressed economy cycles but pretty tough today.

The best way to get specific info on foreclosures is through the court system if it’s a judicial foreclosure and newspapers for non judicial statesYou can pay sites for foreclosure data as well but reality is most foreclosures today do not end up foreclosing as borrowers will file bankruptcy

I was completely wrong about being able to live with other tenants in the city and am really embarrassed and devastated with this situation.I got a lower down payment loan (10%) and good rate for this property with the intention of me living in it but I already know I can’t and am honestly panicking in tears.
