Loan servicing company recommendations?

Good morning BiggerPockets !

We are selling some property on Land contract and I would like to use a loan servicing company to collect the monthly payment, and setup escrow for taxes/insurance. Any recommendations?

You could try BIFI or Madison. I've looked into both before and from what I recall, they both work in Michigan. You'd have to call them to be sure though.
