Oh, and also, when they came 2.5 weeks ago to drywall and paint, they removed the plastic barriers sealing off the living and breakfast ares, a few days later, my 3 year old Daughter ripped her foot on a nail that was left in the concreting which held the tack strips in place (not the tack strips themselves) and we discovered many of these nail in the concrete.

Although we have spent about $2K in repairs as per her request (damage dishwasher, old fence with visible nails) these were due fixes.The way she sounds in her email is as if she is planning to stay long term, at least another year (he lease ends in 3 months).
