You can cage the outside unit or roof-mount it to make it a little tougher to snatch.

Walk the house and listen and then check the pressure again.

The back pressure will keep small engines from starting, if they do the exhaust will whistle.

Generally, bowing walls like this are caused by static pressure, which is essentially the pressure buildup of water in the soil on the other side of the wall.

I don't see a topical application of epoxy or any other "sealer" as a solution as the adhesion is usually not enough to seal against the vapor pressures that build up over time.

Think of the long picture and don't feel pressured to "get in the game" - at your age, you have plenty of time

Some unusual circumstances has put some pressure on me to buy property in Maryland within the next year.  

Everything I've read or listened to on this says they pressure you to pay, but that you can get your number free or charge, it will just take the longer 30 (ish) days to receive.
