I explained how I was practicing this method on these smaller multi-family properties because I intend to do this same process with small commercial residential buildings because you can increase the property value by increasing the buildings operating income.

When trying to network, id imagine that a majority of that was done here on the BP page or did you use a different method?

I was wondering people's thoughts on the idea, and tips from anyone who has made this method work in the past/present.

I'm also interested in creative financing methods in case my preapproval isn't high enough for a tri or quadplex.

Keep in mind that we preach the BRRRR method incessantly here. 

My goals for December 31, 2022 are the purchase first property using the BRRRR method and have ready to rent with positive cash flow by this time.
