It sounds like you have skills if you are going to fix the roof and do other stuff around this house.  

 :)  It's my understanding that the claim on the credit report shows the collection agency, so anytime I see applicants with debt other than medical or consumer, I suspect it is a landlord.  

There is also a medical school moving to downtown.

Options include multi tenant (retail strip), single large tenant like a CVS, medical bldg, etc.
