Job Hunting

Here is the skinny on my story.

I am moving back home after living in Korea for 5 years as an English teacher. I am looking for a job and found a few openings for Property Managers or Leasing Agents for some of the larger portfolios back home.

My question is how can I make my resume and cover letter shine?

I have been managing my property from Korea. But do I want to tip my hand and reveal that I am an aspiring real estate investor? Would this hurt me or help me?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
