Is not HELOC better as the interest does not change and also you only pay for what you use ?

I am sure the properties are not in some of the better neighborhoods, but I am hoping with these new initiatives it can be changed if more people invest in home ownership.

I see you are in Orlando, so I imagine your options are Spectrum and maybe FiosI usually go with 300 or 400 mbps depending on options and price (changes all the time).
