Want to use primary residence to start my investment journey
I own my primary residence outright and want to either HELOC or cash out refi. To invest in a property out of state.(use it as down payment or cover what I can) and apply for whatever I need in that state to cover the rest. Any advice? Good idea? What other alternatives is there?
