When I coach minor rehabs with my students I encourage them to find private lender money, pay a good interest, use self-directed IRA custodians, and pay off the loan within three monthsNow you can rinse and repeatAnd please note these are minor rehabs where you rip out the kitchen and put a new one and do it fast, not a full-blown rehab

End of the day, I dont need the extra dryer, I didnt want the additional stove/oven in the lower level (there is full kitchen upstairs and everything stayed), and no need for the tool shed for my future renter to hoarding junk in there anyway.
