I'm still learning as much as I can.PS: For those have who skin in the game, how many direct interactions do you typically deal with from your guests on average? 

An appraiser, an inspector, and a team that many many people trust has proved enough to over 100 investors I've interacted with.

Most of the students that go there would stick around if there was a supporting high-paying tech job market but there just isn't for most of these fields- interaction design - UX design - industrial design - design management - graphic design - fashion design - etc.

Let's try to think of what that would like like from the client's point of view.As a buyer, you hire an AI agent that you interact with, letting them know your criteria for homes you're looking for.

It can help remove some of the contractual liabilities that come with interacting with parties from the property owner, and it is not uncommon to see investors using an Operating Company in this way. 

But I would honestly prefer the guests to just enter through the back with minimum interaction.
