New learner in Columbia, TN

Hey all, my name is Johnathan. I'm from the Nashville area originally but moved to Columbia TN once I realized how cheaply I could purchase my home here. (I was able to purchase my first home at age 24 with cash while unemployed.) I'm presently a professional truck driver, but I've wanted to invest in real estate since I was in high school.

Presently, I'm gathering as much knowledge of the systems that I can in order to better inform me as to how to approach investing in my first real estate deals. I know this process will not be quick, but I am certainly enjoying it! I look forward to interacting with the members here and sharing knowledge and experiences with everyone.
