Find good & reliable 1031 exchanger

Hello, 

I am thinking sell my commercial property and like to do 1031 exchange for tax purposes.  
Can anyone recommend good 1032 exchanger to hold money in their escrow account till reinvested.

I am in Triad area in NC and prefer someone in NC but open for suggestions.  Please let me know.
