The landlord has not done a thing, the problems in the house is 2 of the 3 toilets do not work(no plumbing) 2 of the 3 showers do not work, there is black stuff on the cabinets that will not come off, the whole living room is "wall-less"(the wall was taken down for insulation to be put in) and it is still like that.

Norm, a HUD-1 or HUD is the closing statement that the buyer and seller sign that has all the closing costs, prorations, and sales price on it.A double closing (separate closings to buy from the buyer and then sell to the seller) insulates the buyer and seller from each other on the HUD-1's so the buyer doesn't know what you bought it for and the seller doesn't know what you sold it for.

In honor of the 44th President of the United States, Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream has introduced a new flavor: †Barocky Road .â€Barocky Road is a blend of half vanilla, half chocolate, and surrounded by nuts and flakes. The vanilla portion of the mix is not openly advertised and usually denied as an ingredient. The nuts and flakes are all very bitter and hard to swallow. The cost is $100 per scoop. When purchased it will be presented to you in a large beautiful cone, but after you pay for it, the ice cream is taken away and then given to the person in line behind you at no charge. You are left with an empty wallet and no change, holding an empty cone with no hope of getting any ice cream.
