If anyone has any information on where we can do some research to find out which neighborhoods are "hot" or moving pretty quickly, we would really appreciate any advice!

Do you have information for a local club for the inland empire and a meet up?

I have been (and will continue to) listening to the podcasts for sometime now, and have found them very informative.

I was informed by my property manager that the standard time to find a new tenant would be 45 to 60 days.  

They are very informative, and contain ample information on investing in real estate.

I have used to search function and everything I have seen has either been outdated, blog topics or other new investors asking questions.

I'm brand new to real estate and I'm in the phase of taking in as much information as I can.

Once the listing was removed I was in contact with the owner to get some more information about the property and to see if he still had interest in selling, which he did, but would not budge from his original asking price.
