New member from Arizona

Hi everyone!

My name is Kelsey and my husband and I are new real estate investors. We aren't looking for any buy and hold or rent options right now, we are more wanting to get into fix and flips as well as assignments (wholesaling). We are having a little trouble trying to find out which areas/neighborhoods are moving the quickest near/around the Phoenix/Chandler/Mesa/Gilbert areas. If anyone has any information on where we can do some research to find out which neighborhoods are "hot" or moving pretty quickly, we would really appreciate any advice! Also, where is the best place to find buyers? Like I said, we are new to real estate investing, but really eager and willing to learn from anyone we can! We are so excited to get started on building a more financially stable future!
