Do you have the source or authoritative case where that is cited?

I have contacted Brokers Realtors Friends Family and other obvious sources.

If you are going to use an alternative funding source you must also find a suitable "long term rate" or have a plan to exit out of the Hard money loan within a year or two.  

This data is mined from hundreds of sources where your name, address and phone number might be, ie; utility bill, email accounts, google searches and on and on. 

My only concern that I have with hiring a second contractor is that (normally) a contractor is always looking for work / source of income.

I'm currently house hacking my condo I bought on seller financing, and I'm sourcing leads for SFR/MFR and Complexes.

I have heard people talk about lots under 50 feet deep  must have certain setbacks, and over have different setbacks....basically, I am just looking for a thorough source, possibly from the city, instead of hearsay.
