Building specs-setbacks, stories, by right use, etc
Hey- I am trying to get a better understanding on the rules associated with building, specifically when it comes to new construction. I do a fair amount of vacant lot sales, but I don't know the specifics regarding setbacks pertaining to each floor, how much of the lot is allowed to be developed, how many stories you can build based on adjacent parcels, by right use, etc. I have heard people talk about lots under 50 feet deep must have certain setbacks, and over have different setbacks....basically, I am just looking for a thorough source, possibly from the city, instead of hearsay. I have looked up the phila zoning code packet, but it really has limited info. Thanks.
