I have recently purchased my first ten units and I am currently about 50% done with the complete restoration. That being said I am having a blast and am already in the market to purchase more like them my thoughts are to think outside the box WHO TALKS TO LANDLORDS??? I have contacted Brokers Realtors Friends Family and other obvious sources. I have now jumped to a more abstract approach contacting extermination companies carpet cleaning companies  and other sources that come in direct contact with landlords And have offered them incentives for leads for those who know landlords ready to sell. WHO else TALKS TO LANDLORDS EVERYDAY ??? Accountants???, (               )   (               )    (               ) PLEASE HELP ME BRAINSTORM IDEAS Intelligence and creativity come from groups not individuals let me know your thoughts and imputs!
