You follow the contractors on a daily routine trying to get them commit a task completion on time.

Just a tip when wanting to tag someone type in the "@" button followed by the letters in their name that way they are notified when you reply because if not they will never know!

Not great quality though, low follow through.

For tracking each campaign I use excel however any call backs, appointments, warm/hot leads, contracts and deals all get entered into my CRM so I can notate and follow up appropriately. 

I'm wondering how you expected to make money out of vacant land (bought with borrowed money), and, what's really stopping you from following through with your "bright idea" - patiently?

If your owner doesn’t play I would route for the following...The following strategy might be an interim idea hat gives you the option to test all waters.

I wouldn't worry about listing numbers, just strictly sales.
