Seems to be a trend from all of our friends who are also in this business.

I discovered BP 3-4 years ago when I was first introduced to REI by successful friends in a Multi Level Marketing company I was apart of.

We do have friends that are contractors, and give a good price as well, but their time lines sometimes are very long as well.

Yesterday, a friend and I were debating how I should start.

I am looking for SF investor-friendly referrals in the Baltimore area.

The hand addressed envelope looks like an invitation or a letter from a dear friend.

Living in this area and going to school here I know a lot of people.Found a property through a friend. 

Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly referral in the Baltimore area?
