I'm looking for investors who enjoy buy and hold investing.I'd like to stay between Spanaway and Everett.

I've got a good title company, but I need a good accountant, real estate attorney, general contractor who is good at turning around basic rehabs quickly, and possibly a realtor who enjoys working with buy & hold investors and is willing/able to help me find great deals.

Since I am still recovering I have no tarted any work yet but I would enjoy helping you out.

I am wanting to connect with other investors, grow my portfolio of properties and enjoy doing so with other like minded people

I am an special education teacher and I enjoy my career.

However, real estate investing has always been an interest of mine and now that I'm no longer moving/deploying constantly (due to military service), I'm ready to fully pursue this endeavor.
