The best property manager is someone who has their own personal experience and network. I someday would like to have my own properties, but I'd like some advice before getting started. I'm looking for investors who enjoy buy and hold investing.

I'd like to stay between Spanaway and Everett. Any organizations, clubs, or investment groups out there?
