It was zoned commercial, but only allows a "store."

Hi all I am looking for a great broker that can help me locate a spot for a store we are wanting to open in Orlando.

My ultimate goal would be owning commercial properties (retail stores and warehouses). 

This game will continue until other countries realize that the dollar, like any fiat currency, is not worth the paper it's printed on, or even the bytes of electrons it's stored online with.

But, it is my understand that S Corp's carry along with it elements of C Corp when it comes to property transfers (or is that when you you change tax status when you already hold a property).I think the reasonable salary is a double edged sword in this case.  

There’s slowly dying stores right next to brand new ones in the area, one way you drive you’d think the neighborhood is up and coming and another way you’d think it’s about to shut down.

Being laid off and not working led to depression and feeling like less of a man and she didn't understand.. since then she has became very insecure and very jealous.. i have to walk with my head down when we go to stores so she dont think im looking at other females.. and i have begged her to support me and start learning about investing with me but she wont.. i want a better life im tired of the life ive been living for the past 35 years and i know real estate can give me a better one.. has anyone else been in this position?
