As of last week, I have begun the foreclosure proceedings with the lawyer.

I feel like this would greatly effect who comes in the door but these properties are very affordable ranging from 105000-160000 and if it’s good to invest here I could potentially buy multi down the road.

But what long term effect does this have for banks and then those that have to report earnings with more and more dead beat properties on their books?

I am sure in your lease somewhere it says that the security deposit cannot be used for the last months rent or something to that effect.

Currently, I have a full time job in the fenestration business, and I was legitimately curious if the whole concept of "indoor/outdoor living" had a major effect on home values. 

He is my Haverhill based property manager and he and I have used local lawyer for all the appropriate reasons. 

I'm not a lawyer so definitely double check me but this type of stuff is what forces the government to put in new regulations to protect people. 

Do you recommend reaching out to a CPA and/or lawyer before getting too deep?

You really want to talk with a lawyer about this kind of thing, even though it's family.

You can scold them ..you can get a team of lawyers to draft up an iron clad lease stating they must clean daily .. you can post up notices .. but at the end of the day a slob is a slob and always will be
