Partnering with Father on BRRRR
I am new to real estate investing. I want to get into rentals because it is normal to get at least 20% ROI in my area (St. Louis). My father has about 200k that he is willing to invest. He currently only has a small amount invested in stocks. A 2 br/ 1 ba rental property that costs 40k all in would rent for around 750. How should I structure this deal with my father?

I did the same thing, it's worked out pretty well. We just created an LLC in which we're both partners.
