Basically it is sheets of fiberglass covered in resin around a form, and after it dried the form was pulled out.

I have seen houses in flood plains with basically dry creeks in the back of the property, which would mean having to pay extra for the insurance with not much benefit.

If in 10 years sales dried up because of a market cycle for commercial I would still have excellent cash flow.Older brokers I know in their 60's and 70's have a bunch of their personal holdings and just work with existing clients and rarely take on new clients unless they show they are serious and ready to go.
