Agree or Disagree?

In this time period closing and selling costs alone will wipe out most of any profit.This is the internet so you will likely disagree with me but I am guessing your plan was not to purchase this house to get 6 months of appreciation. 

@Joel S.I think this post is consistent with my overall personality: disagreeable, and overboard on everything.

I disagree with you, and it is not hard to find out who the owner of the proprieties is no matter where you hide them, and it is not hard to find what insurance policy you have and who the carrier is, so I understand you try to pull a slick one by hiding everything and once you get sued and are you going to run for the hills or appear in court and face the judge and the lawyer, who is handling the case and you will have to be honest with the judge.

The PM disagrees, citing some nebulous accounting rule that such costs are considered rental income and therefor are subject to the regular maintenance override (so far, he hasn't provided any documentation to back up his position). 

@Isabelle Schofield a disagree with the above, you need SSNs to pull credit report.I did notice a bunch of weird stuff you are asking for, instead of getting into all of that I suggest you find some other online applications and see what they ask for.The things that jumped out at me as weird asking for credit card #s and balances, bank account #s and balances, you want start dates and end dates for addresses and jobs (month and year), and lumping in pets with other occupants.
